(1) For purposes of this question, "net worth" means the excess of your total assets at fair market value over your total liabilities, but excluding the value of your primary residence and any mortgage or other debt secured by your primary residence that does not exceed the fair market value of the residence.
(2) To calculate "income" for purposes herein, please use adjusted gross income as reported on the relevant federal tax return.
