The primary focus of Waveland Energy Partners LLC is to provide financing for unconventional “dewatering” projects in the Mid-Continent region of the U.S. alongside some of the most experienced and respected operators in this technology niche.

Dewatering projects involve the “mining” of bypassed oil and gas reserves in and surrounding conventional, producing fields. Using horizontal drilling and high capacity submersible pump technologies that were unavailable as recently as 15 years ago; dewatering projects have demonstrated great potential. The risk of “dry holes” is low, yet the economics can be excellent – which provide a compelling risk-adjusted investment opportunity for our investors.
