The article, linked below highlights the recent groundbreaking of the facilities in Shawnee of Vanguard Stimulation Services, LLC, a fracture stimulation services company co-founded by Waveland and John Ely, one of the top fracture stimulation design engineers in the world. The groundbreaking was a significant step forward for Vanguard and Waveland as we move towards opening our doors for business in March 2008. The ceremony was attended by over 100 people, including Brad Henry, the Governor of Oklahoma and a native son of Shawnee. We expect that establishing Vanguard’s headquarters in Shawnee should create a significant positive economic impact on the community, and the official response to the company to date has been very positive.
