Partner Disclosure
To make tax reporting easier, Waveland has made Schedule K-1s available electronically for each of its members. By using our website to download your Schedule K-1 or other written statements, you are consenting to receive these documents electronically instead of in a paper format. We will treat this as an affirmative statement by you that you have read the disclosures below and that you consent to electronic delivery of your documents.
The consent process takes a few moments and ensures that you continue to receive your forms quickly and securely. Once you have given your consent to receive your K-1 electronically by clicking the CONSENT button, your K-1s may be downloaded from this secure webpage. Once downloaded, you can save the file to your computer, print it, or email it to your accountant. You can also permit us to share your K-1 with the registered representative you have on file with Waveland.

Scope and Duration of Consent
Your consent to receive your Schedule K-1 will apply to all Schedule K-1s issued to you from the time of receipt of consent until you withdraw your consent or are no longer a partner in the partnership.
Post-Consent Request for a Paper Statement
At any time, you may request from us a paper copy of your Schedule K-1 after receiving it electronically by sending us your request in writing (either electronically or on paper). An administrative fee may be charged at that time. A request for a paper Schedule K-1 after providing consent for electronic delivery of your Schedule K-1 will not be treated as a withdrawal of your consent for future electronic delivery of your Schedule K-1.
Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw your consent to electronic delivery of your Schedule K-1 at any time by submitting a written request to us (either electronically or on paper). If you wish to withdraw your consent to receive your K1 electronically in the future, the withdrawal will be effective on the date of receipt of the withdrawal notice. We will confirm your withdrawal and the effective date in writing (either electronically or on paper) to you. A withdrawal of consent does not apply to any Schedule K-1 delivered electronically before the effective date of your withdrawal.
Notice of Termination
Upon your consent, all future Schedule K-1s will be available electronically until you are notified otherwise or until you withdraw your consent or are no longer a partner of the partnership.
Updating Information
If any of your contact information changes, you must notify us in writing (electronically or on paper) as soon as possible. Additionally, you will be notified of any changes to our contact information as soon as possible to ensure electronic delivery of your Schedule K-1 is not interrupted.

Your electronic Schedule K-1 will be delivered as a PDF file. If you do not have this software, a link to download it is available on our website in the Downloads section. Your Schedule K-1 may be required to be printed and attached to a federal, state, or local income tax return. If any changes are made to the hardware or software required to access the Schedule K-1 electronically, you will be notified in advance.
By clicking the "CONSENT" button, I confirm that:
I can access and read this Electronic Consent to ELECTRONIC RECEIPT OF ELECTRONIC PARTNER DISCLOSURES document; and
I can print on paper the disclosure or save or send the disclosure to a place where I can print it for future reference and access; and
Until or unless I notify Waveland as described above, I consent to receive through electronic means all Schedule K-1s during the course of my relationship with Waveland.
