Login User Instructions
- Username is the primary account holder's email address. If you do not have an email address, please contact info@wavelandgroup.com.
- Password is the last four digits of the primary account holder's Social Security Number, or Tax ID number.
Access your K-1 file
After you login, click on the "ACCESS YOUR K-1" button at the top, or in the middle of the page. Once the window opens to the TrueShare website, click on the [+] button next to the left of the folder icon. Expand the sub folder until you reach the K-1 folders (see below example) select 2010 for your current K-1. K-1s for the prior two years will be available on this site throughout the year. You should see the PDF file on the main window and click on the PDF file to download the PDF file.

Many sections of our website are available without a password. However, due to securities regulations, many areas of our website are only available to existing investors or professional financial advisors.
To obtain access to the secure portion of this site, which includes access to our library of investor correspondence, performance history, press releases and conference calls, you must log in. If you are already an investor in a Waveland fund and have provided your email address, you have automatically been registered to view secure sections of our website.
Professional advisors new to Waveland, whose broker dealer has a signed selling agreement should contact info@wavelandgroup.com to register for access to the protected areas of our website.
